If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item.

Once verified:
• You can exchange for the correct product (if available).
• Or receive a store credit or refund (depending on the situation).

Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after confirmation.

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, used items, or accessories damaged after delivery
